Long Description

Hope Bravely was founded in 2026 after Steph Wells' first humanitarian trips to Ukraine. Four years into war, the crisis has quietly shifted. Millions are displaced, single-parent households have skyrocketed, and the women who remain are not waiting to be rescued. They are ready to build. They just need one decisive hand up.

As a 501(c)(3), Hope Bravely provides targeted, short-term support to single mothers in Ukrainian shelters: rent assistance to stabilize housing, education and skills training to open new doors, and micro business startup funding to launch something that lasts. The goal is graduation, not dependence.

Recipients have capability and character. What they lack is opportunity. We're here to close that gap. Once, strategically, and completely. 100% of donations go directly to families in need.

A bridge to stability covering critical early months of rebuilding. Temporary housing support while single mothers regain their footing.

Skills development for single mothers who lacked access to formal education. Every skill is an open door.

Micro Business Startup

Equipment, supplies, and training to launch a community-focused business. Ownership transfers to the participant. This is hers to keep.

Steph Wells

Founder & Executive Director

Steph Wells founded Hope Bravely in 2026 following her first humanitarian trip to Ukraine. A former tech CEO with 14 years leading a software company, Steph believes that obstacles always have solutions. And that the most powerful thing you can give someone is the tools to find theirs. Hope Bravely is built on that conviction.
